Shipping policy

Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty is important to us. Processing all orders can take 5-7 business days before receiving a tracking number regardless of the shipping option selected i.e. overnight, etc.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

We have added an insurance option for the safe delivery of your package. However, if your package is lost or stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are not home, we cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office/UPS. Once you receive a tracking number, it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Once give to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. If you chose the insurance option, please contact our preferred insurance carrier Route Protection to file your claim. If your package arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo of the product and the associated damage and the item will be resent based on eligibility.
