Shipping & Handling
Thank you for you order! Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing and handling before your package is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed. You will then receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We want you to love your experience with us! While we cannot control the mail carrier once a package leaves our warehouse, we will always do our best to help you track down a missing delivery. If your tracking says 'delivered' but you haven't seen it, please wait 24 hours (carriers often mark items early) and check with neighbors before reaching out to our care team.
