Shipping & Handling

Thank you for you order! We offer free shipping on all orders. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing and handling before your package is shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation when your order is placed. You will then receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information claims your package was delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office or carrier to see if your package is being held. In most cases, the carrier has marked your package as delivered too early and it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. GenR8 Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The respective fulfillment third-parties, such as USPS, must be contacted for further resolution. GenR8 Beauty will not contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package. We are not responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances: Held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable; Shipments lost by your local post office or carrier at any point in the shipping process; Shipments stolen at any point in the shipment process.

We have added an insurance option for the safe delivery of your package. If you chose the insurance option, please contact our preferred insurance carrier Route Protection to file your claim.
